FIXATION
IPA
Hops! We love everything about those magical hop flowers and the compounds within that give great beer a lot of its aroma, flavour and bitterness.
When we brew Fixation IPA, we take hopping rates to a higher level.
Four new world hop varieties (Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo) have gone into our IPA at all stages of the brewing process to give big, juicy, fruity aromas, robust flavours and a firm bitterness. There is a pale malt bill with a few specialty malts for good measure – just enough to carry the seriously large hopping regime!
This beer is for people with great taste who love a modern day classic IPA.

FIXATION OBSESSION –
SESSION IPA
Obsession is our session IPA that packs a flavoursome, hoppy punch but comes in at a very balanced 4.6% ABV. Beautiful Pale & Munich malts provide a nice golden base from which the dominant piney and fruity aromas just sing!
Obsession is the perfect balance of flavour, and drinkability. The hop aroma hit is instantaneous and the taste is clean, resinous and fruit driven. This is a refreshing beer loaded with the best Simcoe, Galaxy and Mosaic hops.

FIXATION SQUISH –
CITRUS IPA
Squish is a new world IPA that blends fresh fruit and hop characters for a beautifully aromatic and flavoursome adventure. Pouring a hazy pale gold, Squish has a clean bitterness with aromas of fresh orange and tropical fruits.
The hop driven characters from Amarillo, Citra and Mosiac are turned up a notch with fresh citrus notes provided by luscious amounts of blood orange and white grapefruit. Already a firm fan favourite, Squish finishes super clean and invites another sip!

LITTLE RAY –
HAZY IPA
Incubator fans may have tried this beer on tap a few times before release, but now our little baby is all grown up and ready to join our regular line-up.
This Hazy IPA is made using rolled oats and wheat malt. Dry-hopped with Galaxy and El Dorado, Little Ray is brimming with tropical fruit character. Coming in at a breezy 5.2%, this is a Hazy IPA you can happily enjoy on a hot summer’s day.

EASEY STREET –
SESSION IPA
Easey by name and easy by nature, this this IPA is low on ABV but high on the hop punch to keep you refreshed at any time of day. Showcasing Citra and Mosaic hops in all their glory, this sessionable IPA packs a flavour hit well above it’s weight.

THE 86 –
HAZY IPA
Those familiar to Collingwood know the 86. Famous for colourful characters and entertaining journeys, this beer is hazy like a ride on the 86 tram, only better.
This IPA shows soft and juicy aromas of pine, papaya and citrus fruits from mind-altering levels of Simcoe, Mosiac and Galaxy hops. This beer pours hazy in appearance but it drinks smooth on the palate due to liberal use of wheat and oats.
